DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR → MARKETING MANAGER
City Parks Foundation (CPF) is a New York City-based non-profit organization that seeks to transform parks across all five boroughs through free programming. From youth sports and environmental education to community engagement to arts programming, CPF allows citizens to fully engage with their local greenspaces.
Some highlights included:
- Promoted to Manager level in 2022 for outstanding work performance
- Increased web traffic by over 80% in 2022 (with over 4.5M website pageviews). This is thanks to all of the efforts of the full marketing team!
- Increased email subscribers numbers to well beyond 225K+ (and growing) in 2022 and maintained an average open rate of over 30%
- Implemented several website updates to further increase the user experience to be engaging and equitable

At City Parks Foundation (CPF), I led the strategy and content creation for both the CPF and SummerStage email newsletters (mailchimp.) I reported analytics on our email campaigns and conducted A/B testing to optimize our strategy. I coordinated the email schedule and manage a subscriber database of 210k+.
During my time at CPF, I redesigned our newsletters to increase engagement as well as piloted new strategies such as monthly SummerStage concert overviews, dedicated programs emails and more.

I managed and oversaw the organization’s website (WordPress). Since 2019, I revamped several pages as well as begun SEO work across the site. I also created new pages with robust features that did not exist prior including better video content integration, PDF flipbook integration and more to enhance the user experience, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
I also initiated increasing our accessibility efforts for our website as well as across our marketing as a whole.

marketing + media partnerships
I assisted in the strategy and fulfillment with season-long media partners and media buys as well as conducted outreach for marketing partnerships with relevant organizations for cross-promotional trade. Some of the partners I worked with included Town Hall, Kings Theatre, DROM, Le Poisson Rouge, Dance Media, DoNYC, iHeartRadio, Relix, and Time Out New York. I have also assisted with media buys with El Diario, FADER, Brooklyn Reader, Schneps Media and more targeted outreach in NYC.
I also ensured strategic snipes and street posters were running and paid for.

At our flagship venue in Central Park and at the Coney Island Amphitheater, I managed and designed all content that is hosted on our digital screens. This includes key marketing messages, as well sponsor, media partner and programming deliverables.
I assisted with ad-hoc graphic design work when needed as well.
